- ‘Twas the Night Before… is the first Christmas show by Cirque du Soleil.
- Each act is inspired by a line from Clement Clarke Moore’s poem ‘’A Visit from Saint Nicolas’’, more popularly know as ‘’ ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’’.
- We use nearly 5 dump trucks of artificial snow in every performance.(After each show this snow is then cleaned and recycled for the next show)
It All Starts On the evening of Dec. 24th
Every year on Christmas Eve, Isabella and her father read “A Visit from Saint Nicolas” together, but this year Isabella feels like she’s outgrown their tradition.
Little does she know that the magic of the poem is about to come to life, and Isabella and her father are about to be separated by a snowstorm that sets them on a fantastical journey.
Get ready to experience a winter wonderland inspired by this famous Christmas poem, where whimsical characters, daring acrobats, excited children, and eight friendly reindeer come together in the spirit of Christmas to reunite father and daughter.
